Login->Edit Profile->Enter Old Password-> Enter New Password->Confirm New Password-> Click on Modify button.

Q: How can I create a new booking online?
You have two options to create a new booking online
  .Login with your user ID and password -> Click on E-Booking
  .Click on Quick Links ?E- Booking ?->Login with your user ID and password
 
Q When I do my e- booking when will I get the booking confirmation?
You will receive booking confirmation in 2 business hours.
 
Q: How to handle repetitive bookings?
If this is your first booking then follow below steps
Step 1: Go to E-Booking->Click on Export or Import Ebooking
Step 2: Select Ocean or Air-> Click on eBooking button
Step 3: Enter booking details -> Enter eBooking Template Name-> Click on Save Template-> Click on View Template
Step 4: Template Page Open and will list Saved templates ->Click on the Template name link to re use and submit the new booking for the repeat shipments
If you have earlier saved a booking template and want to reuse then follow Step 1,2 and 3
 
Q: Can I attach the documents for reference while doing eBookings with you?
Yes, you can upload documents in Word, Excel, GIF, PDF format such as Shipper Invoice, Packing list, Certificate for ref. etc. while doing eBooking.
 
Q: Can I submit Shipping Instructions online?
Yes, you can submit the Shipping Instructions to receive the Draft HB/L using the Confirmed Booking No mailed to you.
Go to Shipping Instruction-> Enter the Confirmed Booking Number-> Make changes as relevant on the displayed information-> Click Submit button.
You can also submit your shipping instruction by clicking the link ?Click Here? which you can see in Booking, Stuffing or ONBOARD confirmation sent to you on the mail.

Q : What is Ready reports? And How this will benefit me?
Ready reports are predefined formatted report which is categorized as below and the output can be downloaded in excel for your use.
Country Wise -This will filter your shipment reporting by country pair
Supplier Wise -This will filter your shipment reporting by Supplier
Departure Status -This will filter reporting by date and will list cargo not shipped
Ebooking Status -This will list details of your Online Booking submission
 
Q: What is advantage of My Reports?
My Reports enables you to design your own report with your chosen data fields.
You can create library of reports you wish to generate by saving the report with a name
You can visit the library and view the saved reports by adding filters
You can scheduled any reports to receive the by email either daily or on a particular day of a week or on a particular date of a month
The email will be triggered the report as an attached excel sheet.

Q: Can I view the Invoice related to a specific shipment against which payments are pending?
Yes, invoices can be viewed online under
Statements of Outstanding-> Statement of OS ->
Select location ->Enter as on date -> Click on the document number link to see the invoice
OR
Select location ->Enter as on date -> In Particulars filter by booking number-> Click on the document number link to see the invoice

Q: Can I view CAN / Pro-forma details online?
Go to Cargo Arrival Notice-> Enter HBL no -> Click on Generate Button-> you can view the CAN / Pro-forma details online

Q: How much duration of the data is available on the website?
You can only trace the shipment which is 6 month old. But the Outstanding statement will list information of shipments until the payment not cleared.
 
Q: On what parameters can I track my shipments?
The Information can be tracked by entering either:
Container No, (This will list only Container movement POL and POD dates)
Shipping bill No, (This will list Shipping bill information with a link to Booking Information)
Booking Ref No, (This will list Booking Information with link to Milestone Information)
HAWB/ HBL No, (This will list end to end Milestone information)
MAWB / OBL No, (This will list end to end Milestone information)
